This decoupler is used to mount stuff together radially. Essentially, it is the smaller version of the Structural Pylon. The staging and the crossfeed states are tweakable in the editor.

Changes
- Remodeled and retextured;
- Crossfeeding can be toggled;
- Mass increased from 0.02 to 0.05;
- Cost decreased from 1275 to 60.
- Mass reduced from 0.1 to 0.02. Physics significance remains set to 1 however, rendering change null.
- "PhysicsSignificance = 1" added. The part now has 0 mass and drag, despite the listed values.
