Tail Connector/Box

This article is a stub. You can help KSP Wiki by expanding it.

The Tail Connector is a part that connects to the tail of an aircraft. It's purposes are aerodynamic.

Usage

Engines mounted on multiple connectors

This part is used for the tail of a plane usually, but as of right now, this part only adds to the craft's mass and thus drag. So it becomes purely cosmetic in most cases. Some use it for connecting 1.25m diameter engines (such as the LV-T30 Liquid Fuel Engine) radially on a fuel tank when the attachment node is rotated to face downwards, where engines are placed.

Description

A simple aerodynamic tail for aircraft. Designed to fit onto all standard 1m attachments, this part is the embodiment of our "Let's Fly", line of parts.
