The Kerbodyne S3-7200 Tank is a fuel tank with the extra large radius. It contains 36 t of liquid fuel/oxidizer mixture which is 12.5% more compared to the Rockomax Jumbo-64 Fuel Tank which contains 32 t. It has the same radius as the Kerbodyne S3-14400 Tank but masses only the half and is only half as tall as the S3-14400 tank. This includes the dry as well as the total mass, which means that two S3-7200 can be replaced with a S3-14400 without changing the height or drag.
Usage
The S3-7200 acts as an intermediate sized tank, for fine tuning propellant amounts while staying with the size 3 parts. Alternatively, it could be used with a Skipper or Mainsail to provide large amounts of fuel for little part count.
