The Communotron 16 is a deployable antenna item for the science transfer system and is the most basic antenna able to acsess the KerbNet System. Like the Communotron 88-88, the Communotron 16 can be deployed and retracted through action groups or manually. It has no drag due to being a physicsless part.[outdated]

Technical
The Communotron 16 has a data rate of 0.3333 Mits/s and a data cost of 6 e/Mit. While by far the slowest transmitting device, it also uses the least amount of electric charge and is the first one the player gets their hands on in career. It's small and can be placed almost anywhere.
Changes
- entryCost changed from 240 to 750
